How to use Rufus to download ISO and create bootable Windows 10 USB
To create a USB media that you can use to boot your device and install Windows 10 without the need to download an ISO separately, connect a USB drive of at least 8GB space, and then use these steps:

Open the Rufus official website.
Under the “Download” section, click the link to download the latest version (3.5 or later).
Double-click the executable to launch the tool.
Under the “Device” section, use the drop-down menu and select the USB drive that you want to erase and use to create the installation media.
